Leaf Vac 462
The Model 462 works as one with the mower offering excellent maneuverability around trees, flower beds and other obstacles. The 44gallon Rubbermaid Brute container is strong enough to absorb the rough everyday abuse and is easily removed for quick dumping anywhere: trash pile, pickuptruck, or compost heap. The springloaded top assembly lifts out of the way for timesaving dumping. The versatile Model 462 is quick, quiet and clean to operate. Optional engines include an electric start FX200E Champ engine.
Chipper Vac Add-on
Imagine being able to chip limbs up to 3 1/2″ in diameter with the same machine that vacuums your yard! It is possible with Trac Vac chipper vacs. Several Trac Vac models are available with the CV option (Chipper Vac option). Note CV option is NOT compatible with Electric Start option, due to chipper inlet would need to be in same physical spot as starter motor.
The chipper vac option does NOT affect the performance of the vacuum or change the leaf and grass size that comes thru the intake hose. The chipper vac option utilizes a separate chipper inlet that allows users to pick up sticks and hand feed them into the chipper inlet. Similar to putting a pencil in an electric pencil sharpener. Wood chips are then processed thru the blower housing into the Trac Vac container for easy disposal.
